• Our Building Inspections comply with NZ Residential Property Inspection Standards NZS 4306:2005 and provide you with a clear and easy to read comprehensive building report.

Floor Level Surveys

• With the latest level reading equipment, we are able to survey and produce Floor Level Reports outlining differentials of 2mm

Moisture Readings

• At a minimal additional charge, our building inspectors will carry out non-invasive moisture readings additional to the Initial Building Report, throughout the property, outlining areas of additional moisture and concern.

Express 24hour Service

• We aim to inspect your property and provide a written report within 2-3 working days, however should you require a quicker turn around with a sale and/or purchase pending, we can supply this to you within a 24hour timeframe for a small addition cost.

Verbal Inspections

• At your request, our Building Inspectors will meet with you at the selected property and walk through all aspects and areas outlining abnormalities or areas of concern while giving you the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. This is a verbal only inspection and no report will be produced, however this will give you peace of mind with your sale and/or purchase.
